How do We work

Our Approach

We don't make changes until I understand your business. The first 30 days are about diagnosis—building trust, mapping reality, and finding the highest-ROI opportunities.
What to Expect

The 30-Day Diagnostic

Every company has reasons for how things work—even the broken stuff. Before changing anything, I need to understand what I'm working with and why it exists.

Align on Success

Before Day 1
We define clear objectives and milestones together. I can't diagnose effectively if I don't know what success looks like for you.

Listen and Learn

Week 1
Build trust with stakeholders. Focus: What's the problem? What's working? What's been tried? Why do current processes exist?

Map Reality

Week 2-3
Understand how you measure success. Map all processes to establish current state. Pull data, identify gaps, document business rules.

Prioritize and Plan

Week 4+
Prioritize by ROI—highest pain points usually align with highest returns. Deliver a roadmap: fix now, fix later, leave alone.
What Drives Me

Guiding Principles

Having a clear set of principles that guide how I work with my clients sets us both up for success.

Diagnose Before You Build

The obvious problem is rarely the real problem. Connecting systems won't help if upstream data is broken.

Automate Before You Add AI

AI adds complexity and cost. Most processes need less AI than you think. Automate the simple stuff first.

Systematize Before You Optimize

A process held together by heroic effort isn't a real process. Build the system, then improve it.

Build for Action, Not Just Visibility

Dashboards should enable decisions, not just display data. Every report should answer: what will you DO with this?

I don't hand you a report and leave. After the diagnostic, I stay embedded in your team—implementing changes, building systems, and driving results on an ongoing monthly basis.
